For plants, shops and contractors who buy from us more than once. Once we approve your account, your ship-to addresses, past orders and tax status stay on file, and standard ground and single-pallet freight ships free in the lower 48. Prices are the same as on the site.

Past orders and reorder
See what you bought and when, with order numbers for your records. Reorder the same items from the order.
Tax-exempt on file
Email your certificate to sales@dwpindustrial.io. After we check it, tax comes off your account's orders.
Net 30 for repeat customers
Net 30 is only for approved repeat customers. Everyone else pays at checkout as usual. Once you've ordered with us for a while, ask and we'll look at it.
What ships free
Free standard ground and pallet freight in the lower 48 with a DWP account. Specialized or expedited shipping quoted separately.

Tax-exempt and resale certificates
Email us your certificate
Send your resale or tax-exempt certificate with your company name. We check it and set your account so tax comes off your orders.

What not to send
Just the certificate. You don't need to send us a W-9 or bank details to open an account. Need our W-9 for your vendor file? See New buyer setup.
Open an account
We approve accounts by hand. Send a resale certificate or fill out our short credit application. Until the account is on, you can still order or request a quote as usual.

No password to remember. We email you a 6-digit code each time you sign in.
