Same-day processing

Orders are processed the same business day, Monday–Friday. Transit depends on the carrier and lane.

Shipping options

Rates depend on the service, destination, weight and dimensions. Parcel rates show at checkout. With an approved DWP business account, standard ground parcel and single-pallet freight ship free in the lower 48. Specialized, multi-pallet or expedited freight is quoted before it ships.

Returns and refunds

30-day returns
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Defective items

  • Free returns on defective products
  • DWP Industrial Sales covers the return shipping
  • Full refund or replacement

Non-defective items

  • Unused and in the original packaging
  • Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility
  • Refunds exclude the original shipping cost
