Industrial valves isolate, throttle or divert flow in a piping system. DWP stocks roughly 125 of them, the majority from Fisher (V150, V200 and V300 Vee-Ball, ED and ET globe bodies, HPS, 8560 butterfly, with 667, 1051, 1052, 1061 and 2052 actuators), followed by DeZURIK (BHP butterfly, VPB ball, KGC knife gate, plug valves), Neles Jamesbury (R21 and 5150 ball, Wafer-Sphere butterfly), PBM sanitary ball valves, Trueline and North Port knife gates, Copes-Vulcan and Masoneilan Camflex control valves, and FNW check valves. Most bodies are CF8M or CG8M stainless in CL150 and CL300, with some CL600 and one CL1500.

What to check before you order

Pull the tag on the valve you are replacing and note the body type, size, pressure class, body and trim material, end connection (flanged, wafer, threaded) and the actuator model and size if it is automated. On Fisher valves the actuator size (Size 40, Size 2, Size 45i) and whether a positioner such as a FIELDVUE DVC6200 is fitted decide whether the unit is a straight swap. Condition at DWP. New means factory new and unused, in the original packaging where it still exists. New surplus means an unused storeroom spare: bought new by a plant, shelved and never installed, sometimes out of its box. Rebuilt means the unit was disassembled, inspected, worn parts replaced, reassembled and tested; a rebuilt storeroom spare was rebuilt and then shelved, never run since. Used means removed from service, inspected, tested where the unit allows it, and photographed as-is so the photos show the exact unit that ships. Orders before 2 PM Central (parcel) or 10:30 AM Central (freight) are processed the same business day, purchase orders and tax-exempt accounts are accepted, and LTL freight is arranged.
