Falk (Rexnord) enclosed gear drives are the workhorse reducers on conveyors, agitators, pulpers and fan drives, and DWP keeps about a dozen in stock: Ultramax RK2040F-3A at 38:1 and RK2120F-3A at 57:1, a Drive One M1160DH13AN at 121:1 and 30 HP, 1060FC3A at 70.5:1, 2207J-25 at 25:1, 53-1040FZ2A at 17.1:1, the 2090FC2B Ultramax inline at 5:1 and 599 HP, a 500MDXU2-A enclosed drive and the 915-RELB 200 HP Lightnin mixer reducer. Ratios on the floor run 5:1 to 121:1.

Conditions are new surplus storeroom spares and used; rebuilt units, where listed, were disassembled, inspected, refitted with bearings and seals and tested. What does 'rebuilt' mean at DWP?

A rebuilt unit has been disassembled, inspected, had worn parts replaced and been tested before it goes on the shelf. It is covered by the same 30-day return policy as everything else we ship. 'Used' means as removed from service: we photograph the nameplate and note the condition, but the unit has not been through the shop.

Can I order with a PO or tax-exempt?

Yes. Purchase orders and tax-exempt certificates are accepted. Request a quote with the unit and quantity, and we return a formal quote your procurement team can attach to the PO.
