An industrial mixer or agitator is a motor, a gear drive and a shaft with impellers that keep a tank's contents blended or in suspension. DWP stocks the drive end of these: Chemineer 3HTD-10, 4HTD-15 and 6HTD-30 agitator gear drives (10 to 30 HP, 68 to 84 RPM output), a Lightnin 8-26-TECDS-502 50 HP gearbox, a Falk 915-RELB 200 HP Lightnin mixer reducer, plus a Rauma-Repola and Beloit RDM-600 titanium chemical mixer and a Sulzer AM25 chemical mixer in 316SS. Conditions are new surplus, rebuilt and used.

Match by drive model and case size, output RPM, horsepower and the shaft and mounting flange. Rebuilt drives were disassembled, inspected, fitted with new bearings and seals where needed and tested; used units were inspected and photographed as-is. What does 'rebuilt' mean at DWP?

A rebuilt unit has been disassembled, inspected, had worn parts replaced and been tested before it goes on the shelf. It is covered by the same 30-day return policy as everything else we ship. 'Used' means as removed from service: we photograph the nameplate and note the condition, but the unit has not been through the shop.

Can I order with a PO or tax-exempt?

Yes. Purchase orders and tax-exempt certificates are accepted. Request a quote with the unit and quantity, and we return a formal quote your procurement team can attach to the PO.

What if the unit I need isn't listed?
