A positive displacement pump traps a fixed volume each revolution and pushes it out, so flow tracks speed and does not fall off as viscosity rises. DWP stocks Waukesha Cherry-Burrell Universal 1 and Universal 2 rotary lobe pumps in sizes 018, 030, 045, 180, 220 and the 5070 with a 15 HP gear drive, Ampco ZP1-040 sanitary lobe pumps, Allweiler 8x8 progressive cavity pumps, a Moyno progressive cavity pump and rotor, and a Lobepro SM68T rotary lobe sludge pump. Most are 316SS sanitary units out of food and dairy plants.
Match by model and size, port connection (tri-clamp, bevel seat, flanged), seal type and rotor material. Rebuilt pumps were disassembled, inspected, fitted with new seals and O-rings and tested; used pumps were inspected and photographed as-is. All carry the 30-day money-back guarantee.
