How to match a part

Match by the OEM part number first; most listings carry it in the title (100-529-1203, 5232074-1001, 8701TSA040C1NA). If you only have the equipment nameplate, send the pump or valve model and size and we will confirm which casing, impeller or actuator fits. For transmitters, the full model code string on the tag decides range, process connection, output and approvals, so send the whole string.

Condition at DWP. New is factory new and unused, in the original packaging where it still exists. New surplus is an unused storeroom spare: bought by a plant, shelved and never installed, sometimes out of its box. Rebuilt was disassembled, inspected, worn parts replaced, reassembled and tested; a rebuilt storeroom spare was then shelved and never run. Used was removed from service, inspected, tested where the unit allows it, and photographed as-is, so the photos show the unit that ships. Every condition carries the 30-day money-back guarantee.

Parts orders before 2 PM Central (parcel) or 10:30 AM Central (freight) are processed the same business day and most ship by parcel; casings and rotating assemblies go LTL on a skid. Purchase orders and tax-exempt accounts are accepted.
