A knife gate valve isolates a line carrying pulp stock, slurry or sludge with a thin gate that shears through solids a conventional gate valve would jam on. DWP stocks DeZURIK KGC-ES and KGKV actuated knife gates (8, 18 and 24 inch, CL150, 316SS and CF8M), Trueline 8 and 16 inch actuated and manual knife gates in 316SS, and a North Port 8 inch actuated valve in CG8M. Most came out of pulp and paper mills.
Match by size, pressure class, body and gate material, seat type (metal or resilient) and the actuator, cylinder or handwheel fitted. Used valves were inspected, cycled and photographed as-is; all carry the 30-day money-back guarantee.
