Order Processing
At DWP Industrial Sales, we understand that timely delivery is critical to keeping your operations running. We offer flexible, reliable shipping options for pumps, valves, motors, blowers, and MRO equipment to ensure your order arrives safely and on schedule.
Same Day Shipping
Orders placed before 2:00 PM CT (parcel) or 10:30 AM CT (freight), Monday-Friday, ship the same business day.
Next Business Day Shipping
Orders placed after the cutoff times will ship the following business day.
Returns & Refunds
30-Day Return Policy
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Defective Items
- Free returns on defective products
- Return shipping covered by DWP Industrial Sales
- Full refund or replacement provided
Non-Defective Items
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility
- Refunds exclude original shipping costs
